See how value is shared
Sierra Leone · Liberia · GhanaSA Mining and Logistics (SAML) develops financing through investor relationships and capital advisory support. Our approach connects investors to defined projects, with funding structured around each asset, its development milestones and its use of proceeds.
02 / Money flows
Our financing model is designed around project-specific vehicles, dedicated accounts and controlled disbursements.
Financing is assigned to a defined project account or investment vehicle through project-level financing arrangements, with SAML and local partners supporting execution.
Funds support agreed acquisition, development or mobilization needs. Carbon draws are tied to rights, methodology, project documentation, validation, registration and commercialization readiness.
Project revenues, receivables and monetization or refinancing proceeds support agreed repayment arrangements, with cash sweeps and dedicated accounts where specified.
Investor repayment and participation follow each project’s terms. Carbon projects also provide above market participation for government, communities and local entities through its revenue-sharing model.
These stages explain the financing model; payment priority and timing are set by each project’s agreements.

Solar financing contemplates controlled closing accounts, power-purchase-agreement receipts, cash waterfalls and seller-note structuring. Carbon financing contemplates restricted project accounts and cash sweeps from monetization or refinancing proceeds.
Agriculture financing supports supplier payments, mobilization and delivery through a dedicated project account or line-of-credit borrower. Proposed repayment support includes contract receivables, progress-payment sweeps and equipment or inventory, where permitted; the final borrower and tax treatment require confirmation.
